I have realised the lips i have produced on the below posts...it seems to look quite basic, so i have researched into the important vowels and letters which are spoken.
Chicken run
This is a trailer for chicken run, where it shows some form on movement from the lips. This will help me produce mouths when i come do produce mine.
Experimenting with background design (with colour)
These are the colour background patterns i have considered for the main back-drop. I have placed the character above the patterned design to see what effect i could create and to see which design/colour would go best with the model. I wanted something which contrasts well with the model.
Testing out different options:
brown/green
Experimenting with the colour yellow.
This is a simple process of penciling out the design on card, then fine-lining it out...the cutting out the shape.
These are the draft designs for the background i will produce. The size works really well because it doesn't overlap the character models.
To make it easier for when it comes to the animation process i half come-up with the idea of having only 3 set background movements which is shown below:
1: shows the background pattern within the same length
2:shows the background pattern, like (1) but the opposite
This is the actual modeled shapes which have been produced. Not too simple, and not too detailed.
testings of the mouth movements
circular movement mouth
smiled mouth
weird mouth
smile/showing teeth mouth
Body-parts for the king model
cheesy grin from the king

A Quick stop motion only with the movement of the background patterns. I wanted create patterns which have the same size so it would not interfere with the characters. To make it more exciting i have placed some patterns up-side down...
Here i have used only 3 slides and the copied and pasted to make it much easier. The duration of each slide has come to 0.11 secs to make it as energetic as possible.
Experimenting with the background patterns. Figuring out whether the patterns will over lap the characters when the background patterns start shaking.
Beginning of the animation when the patterns gradually move in the middle
Patterned sequence
Different expressions i came up with for my character...too make it very simple, and easier for me, i will onli have around 3 set expressions where i can change every time the start singing.

Having experimented with the background design, i have noticed it looks quite busy, so i will have to take more lines out of the background, to make it slightly simpler. I am thinking of having the background patterns all the same, which will, again, be coming from the bottom and the top. It will then move up and down, like in the video above.

lil animtion, which took AGES!....found it hard to time everything...but came out okay in the end...
This is the cell animation we had to produce using 36 slides. And so i have got myself used to the aftereffects software. I imported every image in the box, then placed them in the working area where i could manipulate different sections.
Animation - Balloon popper
I have added a introduction to the animation where ballon popper is placed 3 times, turning in different directions. I used techniques which were shown in the workshop and so i conveyed it into the animation.
This is a small animation i produced with stop-motion where i changed different types from the model such as the eyes and the mouth everytime i took a photo.
Workshop-Parenting
opened up skeleton.psd file...the import kind is changed to composition
Images of the skeleton
Differend parts of the body have been paired with the different joints so it all connects. each body part is connected through the parenting tool.
Postions of the body changes through the anchor point, positioning, scale rotation and opacity.
different way of parenting is by clicking the different joints by using the pin tool...
...however the joints are not as striaght.
Messing around with background by using the pen tool.
experimenting with the opacity.
Here, i created a textured line, which will look like it is drawn without the hand.
Pen-tool is used in-between the line.
different effects are used.- i have chosen a bold effect
