top: This is a hanging of a lamp. We need to start thinking about how we will place the hanging structure of paper. Thinking whether it will be stuck on the wall, whether its attached to string or attached to see through string.

bottom: origami: is the traditional Japanese folk art of paper folding, which started in the 17th century AD and was popularized in the mid-1900s. It has since then evolved into a modern art form. The goal of this art is to transform a flat sheet of material into a finished sculpture through folding and sculpting techniques, and as such the use of cuts or glue are not considered to be origami.

Top: A simple design which has an architectural style. This has been done by creating scores on each side of the paper.

bottom: I created curved scores into the paper and folded each layer, this shows a repetitive theme. Once folded, i came up with the idea of twisting the paper together which creates an unusual effect.

mostly experimenting with different sizes of paper. looking at curving the paper as well as making scores into the paper, which gives a structural element.

top: took a quick photo in mc-donalds which had an unusual structure where light was coming from it. I is quite similar to that of my design with the triangles. This shows great form of repetition and structure.

2nd: This is an image taken in my aunts house showing lights formed in a curve. Has an unusual structure, but show a great form of repetition.

3rd: Quick photo taken of my radiator showing simple patterns of repetition.

Last: A quick web search of repetition and came across a slinky. great form of curves and shape.
